Raw material
Production starts with 100% virgin polypropylene granules, free from recycled impurities. Every delivery is checked before it enters the extrusion line.

Tape extrusion
Molten PP is cast into film, slit into tapes and stretched to the target denier, giving the tapes their tensile strength.

Circular weaving
Tapes are woven into seamless tubular fabric on circular looms, at the mesh and fabric weight set for each order.

Cutting & sewing
Fabric is cut to length, and the bottom is stitched with single or double fold. Tops are hemmed or heat-cut.
