Guaranteed quality

Safe for
flour, sugar
and grains.

Using 100% virgin raw materials (i.e. free from recycled impurities), we ensure packaging safety— a critical factor for the packaging of food products such as flour, sugar, and grains.

Multiphase Quality Control System

Through our continuous, multiphase Quality Control System, we strictly apply high production standards at every stage of manufacturing.

  1. Every delivery of polypropylene granules is checked before it enters production: 100% virgin material, no recycled content.

    • Incoming inspection of every lot
    • Virgin PP only
  2. Tapes and fabric are checked on the line, so every roll matches the width and fabric weight set for the order.

    • Tape strength
    • Fabric weight (g/m²)
    • Width and mesh
  3. Cut and sewn sacks are checked for exact dimensions and seam strength before they move on.

    • Dimensions
    • Seam strength
    • Stitch quality
  4. Finished sacks are inspected batch by batch, then counted and baled for shipping.

    • Batch inspection
    • Count per bale
    • Labelling

Frequently asked questions

Which sizes can you produce?

Width 35–90 cm, length 40–120 cm and fabric density 38–120 g/m². Every order is cut to your specification.

Are your sacks suitable for food products?

Yes. We use only 100% virgin polypropylene with no recycled content, and check every batch in our multiphase quality control — important for flour, sugar and grain.

Which colours are available?

Standard white. Custom colours are available on request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is usually one full truckload (about 20 tonnes). Smaller trial orders can be agreed individually.

How long does production take?

Usually 2–4 weeks after the order and specification are confirmed, depending on the volume and our current production plan.

What are your payment terms?

Usually 30% advance payment and 70% before shipment. Other terms, such as a letter of credit for large orders, can be agreed individually.

Which delivery terms (Incoterms) do you offer?

EXW and FCA Ashgabat, as well as CPT / DAP delivery to your city by road or rail. We help with transport and documents, including the CT-1 certificate of origin.

How are the sacks packed?

Sacks are counted and pressed into bales of 500 or 1,000 pcs, wrapped and labelled. A truck holds about 18–20 tonnes; the exact number of bales depends on sack size and weight, and we calculate it with your quotation. Tubular rolls are shipped on rolls.

Is there customs duty when importing into CIS countries?

Thanks to CIS agreements and the CT-1 certificate of origin, our products are imported at a 0% customs duty rate.

What is your production capacity?

Our current production capacity is 500 tonnes per month.

How quickly will I get an answer?

We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible. We reply within 12 hours. The fastest way is the quote form or WhatsApp.

Do you make big bags (FIBC)?

Not yet — the machines for our big bag line have arrived and are being set up. Production starts very soon.
